Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
  • Negotiating and enforcing leases
  • Maintaining and securing premises
  • Establishing rental rates by surveying the local market
  • Calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals
  • Dealing with tenant contracts by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits
  • Collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and initiating corrective action
  • Maintaining property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, organizing the completion of repairs, and planning renovations, including contracting with landscaping companies

  • Strong administrative abilities
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong MS Office proficiency
  • Negotiation ability
  • Great communication skills, both verbally and in writing
