**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each resident's unique requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
* Encourage independence and participation in activities and events
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and compassionate approach. Your experience in caring for older adults, preferably in a healthcare setting, is highly desirable.
