About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to fill the position of Night Porter and Receptionist. This role requires a person who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the hotel is kept safe and secure overnight, providing a warm welcome to guests and visitors, and delivering great service whilst on duty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by carrying out timely and efficient morning call service as required.
  • Deliver great service to guests by serving drinks and light refreshments during the night according to their requests.
  • Anticipate and respond to customer needs to enhance their overall experience.
  • Prepare conference/board rooms to meet company brand standards and function requirements.
  • Conduct regular floor safety checks to identify potential hazards and report any incidents to management immediately.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus:
