Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership over multiple account engagement teams comprised of both new application design/build and maintenance resources, driving the growth and stability of strategic platforms.

Accountability for overall resource planning and management as well as financial performance of all engagements, and optimization of staff and delivery scope against financial targets.

Serve as first-line of escalation from the project delivery teams for major technical and operational challenges.

Manage and grow offshore development teams and drive the overall growth objectives with a strategic plan and direction.

Stay abreast of latest marketing technology trends and all of Epsilon's product offerings to integrate into annual account planning efforts, business development efforts, and overall client marketing technology roadmaps.

Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year
