Paralegal Advocate

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced paralegal to join our residential litigation team, specialising in housing disrepair claims. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and excellent communication skills.

Salary Information:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims, including drafting court documents and representing clients in court
2. Work closely with tenants to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements
3. Collaborate with the housing disrepair team to achieve departmental goals
