**Job Description**

As a Corrugated Packaging Production Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your primary responsibilities will include operating and monitoring Fosber corrugating machines, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime, following production schedules, and ensuring product quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for adjusting machine settings for different product specifications, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring proper packaging. Collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals is essential, as well as maintaining a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need experience with Fosber machines or similar corrugating/packaging equipment. A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and production specifications. Excellent attention to detail and quality control are also required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A willingness to work Monday to Friday, on rotational shifts, is also necessary.
