Pastoral Support Officer

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and proactive Pastoral Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a range of strategies to support students with their curriculum, engagement, and personal development.
  • Support behaviour investigations, holding restorative conversations, and contributing to the school's established behaviour systems.
  • Assist in removing any barriers to learning and support students with the school's behaviour structures and systems.
  • Deliver specific behaviour programmes.
Requirements:
  • Hold excellent communication skills.
  • Be proactive, solution-focused, and organised.
  • Challenge and support students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
