Welder Trainer

Williams Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Welder to join its training team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in welding and be able to deliver high-quality training to apprentices and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver welding training courses to apprentices and students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Develop and implement new training programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in welding
  • Proven experience in welding and training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
