About the Role:
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will work collaboratively with social workers to provide excellent administrative support to the wider Physical Disabilities team. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality administrative services to support the delivery of essential services to vulnerable adults within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Physical Disabilities team, including managing client records, responding to routine enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Use your excellent communication skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders, including social workers, and establish a network of contacts to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilize your prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
- Develop and maintain a range of systems and digital tools to manage client records, as requested by community teams' members.
- Provide high-quality customer care and support to colleagues, ensuring a robust and resilient service.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish internal networks of contacts.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and ability to learn new systems and digital tools.
- Ability to travel to other locations within Hampshire, as necessary.
