Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our Despatch Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in preparing orders for our customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities- Loading individual totes into frames for delivery to customers
- Sorting and organizing totes coming back to site, handling returns, and assisting with the in-house tote wash machine
- Sorting stock for our shop or charity partners
We offer a range of shift options to accommodate different lifestyles, including:
- 06:00 - 17:00 (Days Shifts)
- 19:00 - 06:00 (Nights Shifts)
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.87 - £18.55 per hour, with premiums and overtime rates
- Performance-based incentives for meeting targets
- Overtime paid at basic rate x 1.25
- No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training
- Must be over 18 years old
