Fitness Instructor

GLL is seeking a Part Time Fitness Instructor to join our team at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre. As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping people achieve their fitness potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze information related to individual clients
- Identify and agree on short, medium, and long-term goals
- Plan, instruct, and evaluate safe and appropriate exercise sessions
- Provide 1-2-1 or group inductions and general exercise programs
- Teach classes or small group training
- Select relevant exercises and design programs that address safety
- Produce suitable program cards for clients/members
- Suggest exercise adaptations for individual client differences or needs
- Use logical and progressive teaching methodologies
- Select and/or demonstrate various training methods
- Provide clients/members with general advice on program progression
- Assist clients/members in correcting unsafe technique
- Interact and motivate clients/members to promote retention and adherence
