About Our Business
Consilium Contracting Services is a reputable multi-trade firm, specializing in Social Housing maintenance and repairs, as well as private domestic homes. Our team strives for excellence, completing over 2,500 jobs each month and 1,000 EICRs annually.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. EICRs Certification: Hold 18th Edition qualification and be fully competent in all electrical certifications.
  2. Remedial Work: Perform electrical alterations within homes, meeting high standards.
  3. Reactive Repairs: Conduct electrical reactive repairs, adhering to strict KPIs.
  4. Installation and Repair Tasks: Handle various installation and repair tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • Availability: Be available for occasional out-of-hours work or overtime.
  • On-Call Schedule: Participate in an on-call rota.
  • Company Van and Equipment: Take care of and be responsible for the company-provided van and equipment.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • EICRs Expertise: Strong experience with EICRs and domestic repairs.
  • Social Housing Knowledge: Familiarity with Social Housing is highly desirable.
  • KPI Delivery: Ability to deliver quality service under set KPIs.
