About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Strategist to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with customers to drive adoption and shape the future of generative AI technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, machine learning, or a related field, with several years of experience managing scientists or machine learning engineers. You will be responsible for developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, growing an existing team by hiring, onboarding, training, and developing new scientists, architects, and engineers.

As a Senior AI Strategist, you will provide customer and market feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help define product direction. You will also identify opportunities for building reusable technical assets based on recurring patterns of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work directly with customers to drive adoption and shape the future of generative AI technology.
  2. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  3. Grow an existing team by hiring, onboarding, training, and developing new scientists, architects, and engineers.
  4. Provide customer and market feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), or related technical field.
  • Several years of experience managing scientists or machine learning engineers.
  • Ability to demonstrate senior stakeholder management skills and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Estimated Salary: €110,000 - €160,000 per year, depending on experience.
