Salary: £12.49 - £12.79 per hour

Service: Phoenix House, Kettering

Your Role

You'll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives, helping people engage in meaningful opportunities and activities.

  • Help people engage in activities and experiences that bring joy and fulfillment.
  • Support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
  • Lead the team to communicate effectively and support individuals with complex needs.
  • Engage in learning and development opportunities to ensure training compliance.

Your Service

Our supported living service in Kettering offers independence and support, with private flats and daily management responsibilities.
