Key Responsibilities- Install, operate, and maintain mobile processing equipment used across various industries.
- Manage and execute service contracts for clients' installed systems, ensuring timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
- Perform mechanical breakdowns and workshop repairs on equipment, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to restore functionality.
- Assist the sales department with client visits, providing technical support and addressing customer queries.
- Supervise and train subcontractors on best practices and safety procedures.
- Prepare detailed risk assessments and method statements before undertaking service work.
- Compile service reports and documentation using MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Qualified Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled Engineer with a recognised apprenticeship or formal training.
- Experience with high-speed rotating equipment, pumps, decanter centrifuges, belt presses, and filter presses is beneficial.
- Familiarity with industrial installations and process industries such as water/wastewater or manufacturing is advantageous.
- Must be flexible, customer-focused, and capable of working varied hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- A clean full driving licence is required.
- Up to £45,000 per annum with paid overtime.
- A company vehicle and fuel card are provided.
- All necessary tools and IT equipment provided.
