About the Role
Exolum, an innovative fuel storage company, seeks a Pipeline Protection Administrator to join its team in Thetford. Reporting to the Pipeline Protection Supervisor, this role will involve liaising with Third Parties, pipeline technicians, and administration tasks related to Third Party works.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Third Parties and pipeline technicians.
- Manage administration tasks related to Third Party works.
- Raise reports for unplanned works and provide cover for the Operations Administrator.
Requirements
- GCSE (or equivalent) result in English and Maths.
- Experience working in an office environment and dealing with clients/customers.
- Ability to manage workload and work within deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
