Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing and leading project teams or work streams, delivering high-quality results, and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead project teams or work streams, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery;
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and opportunities;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service line teams, account teams, and functional specialists;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants;
  • Ensure high levels of safety and environmental responsibility throughout project delivery.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in risk management, project management, or programme management, preferably in the infrastructure sector;
  • Project management certification (APM or PRINCE2) and a degree or HND qualification in an engineering or construction field;
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously;
  • Experience of managing contractors, consultants, and other advisors on civil engineering projects;
  • Driving licence, as some driving may be necessary.
