We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Equipment Maintenance Professional to join our team at Hygiena International Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their technical expertise to maintain and repair laboratory equipment.

About the Role:
  • Maintenance, calibration, and repair of laboratory equipment, including liquid handling systems, to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Independent inspection of incoming goods and return inspection of laboratory automation equipment to guarantee quality standards.
  • Execution of CRM, NAV, and shipping bookings, as well as stock issuance of spare parts to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Provide technical customer support and service to international customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Preparation of documentation, work protocols, and measurement documents, including QM documents to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize workflows.
  • Strong listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate results and high-quality output.

The successful candidate will have a salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and will be working in a dynamic environment that values innovation and teamwork.
