Job Summary

The Old Vic is seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Content Manager to join its Marketing & Commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective social media and content strategies to promote The Old Vic's brand and artistic vision.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Insights and campaign leads to ensure that our social, e-comms, content, and communications output are industry-leading. You will also be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating high-quality content, and engaging with our audience.

Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement effective social media and content strategies to promote The Old Vic's brand and artistic vision.
  • To manage our social media presence, creating high-quality content and engaging with our audience.
  • To protect The Old Vic's brand at all times.

Requirements
  • Experience of delivering e-comms campaigns for high profile announcements or marketing activity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • An understanding of diversity within the cultural sector.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience of creating a variety of content, including filmed and written.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £33,800 per annum.
