As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and plan patient care, implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support.
- Develop and maintain clinical skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and guidelines.
- Take charge of the department as required, supervising junior staff and ensuring a smooth operation.
- Contribute to practice development, participating in quality improvement initiatives and audits.

Person Specification- Registered Adult Nurse on the NMC Register.
- Evidence of recent experience in an acute secondary NHS care setting.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, delegating tasks and providing supervision.
- Understanding of the NMC Code of Conduct and relevant policies.
- Awareness of current NHS policy context and health and safety issues.
