Strategic Healthcare Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Clearwater People Solutions. This role is responsible for driving business growth and development in the healthcare sector, with a focus on increasing occupancy and improving services.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with healthcare commissioners to identify opportunities for new areas of business development
- Build relationships with local authorities, councils, and healthcare stakeholders to drive business growth
- Lead on negotiations for new developments, fee increases, and service remodelling
- Monitor tender portals and produce compelling submissions
- Assist the Head of Business Development in implementing the organisation's overarching business strategy
- Experience working in the Health and Social Care sector
- Knowledge of strategy, planning, and meeting set objectives
- Degree level or equivalent in Health and Social Care or Business
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Full UK Driving License
An estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
