About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Postperson with Driving to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Delivery Postie Professional, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across our delivery area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering mail and parcels to customers on a daily basis
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling mail and parcels
  • Performing daily vehicle checks and ensuring vehicle maintenance is up to date

What You Need

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to walk for long periods and work in all weather conditions
