About the Role

As a Partner, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of high-value clients, offering expert advice across accounting, tax, and advisory services. You'll shape the firm's strategic direction, contribute to its continued growth and success, and develop strong client relationships. Your leadership skills will be highly valued as you mentor and support senior staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and growth
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Lead, mentor, and support senior staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with other Partners to set goals, identify growth opportunities, and drive business development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations

Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with significant experience in a senior leadership role within a UK accountancy practice
  • Qualified by experience also considered
  • Proven track record of managing high-value clients and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding senior staff to success
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commercial mindset
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and development
  • Deep knowledge of UK accounting and tax regulations
