Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at United Living. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide financial leadership and support to our Contract Account Directors and wider team, driving sustainable and profitable performance of our business sector/contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bi-weekly cash flow forecasting and analysis
  • Collaboration with the Commercial Team to drive business growth and profitability
  • Assistance with monthly contract accounting and project credit control
  • Ensuring accurate and timely implementation of new projects and employees
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Identification and implementation of new ways of working to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assistance with ensuring full VAT, CIS, and PAYE compliance on ULSR contracts

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial/project accounting and management reporting
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and transform it into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and accurate with a high level of computer literacy

Desirable:

  • Experience operating variants of Microsoft Dynamics NAV platforms
