Boston Medical Center is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Brighton, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures using independent judgment and initiative.

About the Job

This part-time position requires 18 hours of work per week, including nights and weekends on a rotating basis. The Radiologic Technologist will work closely with patients, medical staff, and other radiology professionals to ensure high-quality care and accurate diagnoses.

Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic examinations with a high degree of accuracy and minimize repeat films.
  • Select and prepare patients for diagnostic equipment and maintain a clean and organized working area.
  • Demonstrate expertise in operating radiographic equipment while ensuring radiation safety and proper identification of films.
  • Collaborate with Technical Manager to ensure effective patient flow and quality of films.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A valid Massachusetts State license or temporary license and ARRT certification or eligibility within one year.
  • BLS certification.
  • An Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent experience.

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
