About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Secondary Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke education packages on a 1:1 basis to young people who are not attending school. Your role will involve creating, planning, and delivering tailored lessons to bridge gaps in pupils' education and boost engagement and attainment levels.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to individual pupils' needs
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent support
  • Provide regular feedback to pupils and parents to promote academic growth and development

Requirements

  • QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent qualification
  • At least 6 months' experience working as a tutor
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable)
