Nurturing Early Childhood Expert

Ribbons and Reeves Limited seeks a qualified and experienced early childhood professional to lead our Early Years team.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned with the EYFS curriculum, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the school's leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Mentor and support colleagues to enhance their practice and contribute to the school's leadership team.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive school community.
  • Contribute to the school's leadership team, advising on curriculum development, policy implementation, and staff development.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year teaching in Early Years or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Preferred Qualification: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and/or a relevant Master's degree.
  • Education: An Oxbridge or top 20 UK university degree is highly desirable, though not essential.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £32,500 per annum, based on national averages for the UK.
