About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at IMH Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality refurbishment works across various properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general refurbishment works, including painting and decorating, in kitchens, bathrooms, and full properties as required.
  • Prepare substrates for painting, including removing loose and flaking paint using current methods.
  • Apply coatings using brush, roller, or spray applications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in properties, with a strong understanding of refurbishment works.
  • NVQ Level 3 in your trade or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work at height and possess a current driving license.

Working Hours and Pay:

* 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
