About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations and CRM Manager to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and optimize our customer database, including audience management, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
  • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on CRM and email marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Ometria
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and data analysis tools
  • Line management experience is desirable
