The successful candidate will engage in and document the interactive process with applicants and employees requesting accommodations due to disability/medical and religious beliefs. They will research and evaluate potential accommodations, including assistive devices, workplace modifications, and flexible work arrangements. The candidate will manage the accommodations process from end-to-end, provide consultation and education to employees and managers on the accommodations process, legal considerations and determinations, and ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and confidentiality of all accommodation-related information, adhering to data privacy regulations and company privacy policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Legal or related field, and exposure to Employee Relations. They will have extensive employee relations expertise and in-depth knowledge of current ER legislation and best practice.

The Reasonable Adjustments Specialist will generate reports and metrics related to accommodations and related trends as needed, conduct training sessions or workshops for employees, managers, and HR on accommodations and related topics, and stay up to date with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and guidelines related to leaves of absence and accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:
