About the Role
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Servoca Nursing & Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with various needs, including ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Spectrum Disorders, Mental Health, and Sensory Impairment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide physical support to individuals, including prompting personal hygiene and assisting with daily living tasks
* Offer emotional support and encouragement to help individuals develop personal skills and interests
* Support and help with healthcare needs, including working with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest possible standards
* Teach life skills, such as shopping, using public transport, and paying bills
**Requirements:**
* At least 6 months of experience in a professional care setting within the last 3 years
* The right to work in the UK
