Nuffield Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Swim Manager to join our team at our Farnborough FWC location. As a Swim Manager, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers, while also promoting memberships and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, utilizing your coaching skills to meet the needs of each individual
  • Promote memberships by highlighting the benefits of our facilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of our teaching programs
  • Be a positive role model, demonstrating a fun and engaging approach to coaching

Requirements:

To be successful as a Swim Manager at Nuffield Health, you will need to possess:

  • An ASA Level 2, Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification

  • Experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programs
