Reporting Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Manager to join our Finance team at BCT Resourcing. This permanent position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in regulatory and financial reporting within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce and analyze regulatory and financial reporting deliverables for the UK Branch, ensuring timely submission and adherence to necessary standards.
  • Lead and coordinate Solvency II reporting processes, acting as key internal and external stakeholder liaison.
  • Prepare and file the Company's Quarterly and Annual regulatory reporting.
  • Establish and maintain contacts with regulatory organizations to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Liaise with external auditors and actuaries, providing necessary information.
  • Support the Data Quality Leader in implementing the Data quality model in compliance with Group requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in regulatory reporting environments, with proficiency in Solvency II submissions.
  • Strong knowledge of PRA deliverables and Group financial reporting.
  • Proven track record in delivering Regulatory focused projects within insurance.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, delivering high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong Excel, IT, and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of SAP.

This is a hybrid position, with 2 days spent in the office and 3 days at home. Salary: Competitive + 10% Bonus + 10-15% Pension.
