We're seeking a skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team at London Sidcup Premier Inn. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay.

About the Role:

As Head Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department, including supervising a team of housekeeping staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of cleaning products and equipment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
