Job Title: Senior Product Designer - Conversational UI Expert

Job Type: Contract Role

Location: Hybrid/London

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Pixelated People. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for defining the user experience, shaping the clickable prototype, and building out the compelling visuals for our AI-driven case team assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the conversational UI for our AI-driven case team assistant
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design and data
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and code

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conversational UI design and development
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
  • Experience working with data integration and APIs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
