Water Management Innovator in Residence

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Water Management Innovator in Residence. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us to develop innovative solutions to address the pressing issue of water scarcity in industry.

About the Role

As a Water Management Innovator in Residence, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to reduce water consumption and improve water efficiency in industry. You will work closely with our team to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to reduce water consumption and improve water efficiency in industry
  • Work closely with our team to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with industry experts and stakeholders to develop and implement effective water management solutions
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in water management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and government agencies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A PhD or equivalent industry R&D know-how focused on industrial water management, hydrology, environmental studies, or a relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and constraints in at least one of the following areas: thermodynamics, atmospheric dynamics, geochemistry, material science
  • Broad knowledge in water logistics and transportation infrastructure
  • Industry-specific know-how, commercial knowledge (e.g. strategic partnerships, manufacturing, procurement etc.) and network within the water management and related industries
  • Experience in building and scaling new technologies from concept to demonstration
  • Experience in raising funds from early stage investors/VC
  • Experience in building and scaling a high-growth enterprise (leadership/c-suite roles)
