About the Role

We are searching for a highly skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our team in the Lincoln area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out renovations and maintenance work in tenanted properties within Military of Defence bases.

Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent results while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve project goals.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in multi-trade operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work at heights and in confined spaces

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
