Job Title: Psychology Graduate Support Worker

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate Support Worker to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Psychology Graduate Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with children in a variety of different schools and settings, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside class teachers to provide support to children with their learning
  • Manage the behavior of pupils while they undertake their work, ensuring a constructive and positive environment is maintained
  • De-escalate situations within the classroom, adhering to safeguarding procedures
  • Carry out small group work and work with children with additional needs
  • Report any safeguarding concerns using the school's referral procedures and safeguarding policies
Requirements:
  • A passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A calm and reassuring nature, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • A positive attitude and a flexible approach to work
