Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Design Engineer to join our team in Glasgow, Scotland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing efficient and cost-effective heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various projects.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work on multiple projects under a multi-million-pound infrastructure portfolio. As an HVAC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop HVAC systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with current codes and standards, including British Standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs and solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical support as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve design and delivery processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of building services engineering, including ventilation system design and production.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
