- Lead your team to deliver the children's activities with structure and enthusiasm, encouraging maximum participation.
- Deliver the children's programme in line with Product Briefs, Lesson Plans, and Brand Standards.
- Ensure all services meet Children's Safety Guide requirements.
- Maximise member experience, usage, participation, and value for money through coach expertise, session quality, and consistency.
- Know your club, engage with members, and seek ways to improve their experience.
- Take ownership of resolving member queries or complaints.
- Recruit, induct, train, manage, and review team members to develop a high-performance team.
