Job Title: Insight Manager – Client Side

Elizabeth Norman is seeking an experienced Insight Manager to join their client-side team. As a key member of the research team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading retail business, leveraging your expertise in quantitative research to inform business decisions. You will work closely with the data science, marketing, and customer insight teams to develop and implement research strategies that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute research strategies to inform business decisions
  • Lead quantitative research projects, including segmentation, surveys, and campaign evaluation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research findings
  • Provide actionable insights to drive business growth
What We Offer:

Elizabeth Norman offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £49,000 – £51,000, private medical insurance, and a generous pension scheme. Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

4+ years of experience in insight / market research, preferably in an agency or in-house settingStrong quantitative research skills, including segmentation, surveys, and campaign evaluationExcellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projectsWhy Join Us:
