We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at JobsBatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive cleaning plan to meet the needs of our residents.
- Lead and motivate the Housekeeping team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure optimal performance.
- Built strong relationships with residents, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
- Purchase essential cleaning supplies from approved vendors, ensuring compliance with Company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock takes to maintain accurate records.
- Balance staff costs and consumables within predetermined budget parameters.
- Develop and maintain detailed cleaning schedules for all areas of the home.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, adhering to industry best practices.
- Coordinate deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- Ensure resident clothing is cleaned and pressed to the highest standard.
- Foster a culture of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to COSHH guidelines.
- Ensure the home maintains high health and safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
