We are seeking a caring and compassionate Supporting Young Learners in Pre-School to join our team at Academics Ltd. This role offers the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their educational journey.
About the Role:
- Support the Teacher in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons and activities that cater to the needs of individual children.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient day-to-day operation.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their learning and development.
