The RoleWe are seeking an ambitious and proactive Key Account Manager - Building Optimisation to join our dynamic team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling energy monitoring, analysis, and management services, as well as advanced building optimisation software, to help our clients optimise their buildings and reduce energy consumption.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue and margin goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique needs and providing customised solutions.
- Take full responsibility for the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with clients to identify their objectives and challenges for energy reduction and building optimisation, presenting solutions around energy monitoring, analysis, management services, and advanced software solutions.
- Provide regular reports on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with a proven track record in sales, business development, or account management. You should have a genuine interest in energy reduction and sustainability, as well as a strong ability to self-generate opportunities and pursue leads independently.
We offer a competitive salary up to £55,000, a generous bonus scheme, and a wide-ranging company car scheme. You will also become part of an employee-owned company after 12 months of service, with access to a contributory pension scheme, free private medical insurance, and life assurance.
