Job Summary:

Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to join our team. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our retail operations, including sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions, manage cash handling, and reconcile EPOS and banking procedures.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales and customer service, and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions and events.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in retail operations.
