Black Fox Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our care team in a maternity cover position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to a diverse group of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
- Monitor vital signs regularly, conducting health assessments to evaluate residents' well-being and promptly address any deviations from normal ranges.
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, fostering residents' independence and comfort.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, documenting observations and updating patient records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and physicians, communicating changes in residents' conditions and participating in care planning discussions.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered.
- Previous experience within a similar role.
