About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. As a key member of our facilities management team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the client space. This will involve performing daily checks, replenishing stationery hubs and beverage machines, and providing AV support to meeting room users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping: Ensure the client space is clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
  • Stationery Hubs: Replenish stationery supplies as required to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Beverage Machines: Maintain and replenish beverage machines, including ordering ingredients and conducting stock takes to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • AV Support: Provide technical support for all meeting room users, ensuring that equipment is functioning correctly and cables are tidy.
  • Meeting Room Facilities: Conduct regular checks on meeting room facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Inductions: Participate in building inductions as necessary to ensure new employees understand their responsibilities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with Sodexo and client team members, participating in all contract activities as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, be flexible, and be able to work independently. You'll also need to have a basic understanding of IT systems and Microsoft Outlook. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
