About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our Private Practice team in Wakefield, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion.
- Preparing and filing court documents and related paperwork.
- Providing expert advice to clients on conveyancing matters.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient case management.
About You:
- 2+ years PQE or equivalent in Residential Conveyancing.
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
- Recent experience handling residential property cases.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
