We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Solution Architect to lead our team in delivering complete SAP S4 and Cloud Platform solutions. As the primary contact for the technology solution with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire solution lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead key design decisions based on your SCM CPG functional expertise in Supply Chain, Finance, and Order to Cash.
- Manage a team of functional leads on a large Global CPG program to create a compelling end-to-end solution that meets the client's needs.
- Understand and support the Business Change team in change impact assessment and future operating model to support the new client solution.
- Have knowledge of Agile methodology and using tools such as Jira and Focused Build.
- Confident stakeholder management.
- Support SAP Supply Chain and IBP sales growth targets while developing and expanding our go-to-market strategies and approaches.
- Be responsible for addressing a portfolio of target clients, working with relevant industry sector leads and account executives to proactively grow Capgemini's opportunity pipeline.
- Be a leading contributor to our global network of SAP Centers of Excellence, liaising with counterparts across Europe and North America to coordinate go-to-market development.
- Analyze, shape, and lead pursuit responses for SAP Supply Chain and IBP opportunities, including analyzing requirements, solutioning, estimating, and developing winning proposals.
- Deliver compelling and confident presentations across client pursuits and external/internal SAP Supply Chain and IBP eminence development.
- Develop trusted relationships across client stakeholder groups, key partners such as SAP, and key internal groups such as industry sector leads.
You will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management, specifically in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry sector, with expertise in SAP product suite, including S/4, BTP, Ariba, warehousing, IBP, and distribution. You will also have experience with Global Template Design and Rollout Programs.
You will be comfortable with managing complexity and ambiguity, giving clear advice and leadership to internal and external teams. You will have a passion for working with clients, advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP technologies.
You will have a depth of consulting and functional experience working across SAP Supply Chain business processes, both in the digital core and wider applications. You will also have a track record of leading pursuits for SAP Supply Chain and IBP opportunities, from initial relationship building through to successfully closing and delivering the solution.
You will have knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP and related products and how to architect those into leading supply chain solutions. You will also have a strong understanding of the SAP market and competition, which will be a clear advantage in helping shape a deal and manage it successfully through internal processes.
