Lead PPM Engineer

As a Lead PPM Engineer at TREVETT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LTD, you will be the first point of contact for Engineers for technical support. You will receive electronically PPM instructions from the Concept system and undertake all maintenance tasks in accordance with these instructions.
You will ensure all maintenance consumables are available and arrange replenishment of all items to ensure agreed stock levels are established. Additionally, you will complete all electronic and paper records such that an accurate Site Logbook record of all works remains on site for the Client's information and approval.
You will be able to undertake any diagnostic analysis that the whole system may require. You will also undertake a visual condition inspection of all installed equipment and submit a written report of any items that appear to jeopardise any aspects of reliability.
As a Lead PPM Engineer, you will carry out general maintenance and good housekeeping practices and plant room cleaning to ensure that the life expectancy of all installed equipment is maximised. You will participate in Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and other Environmental issues to ensure total compliance with the company's Health, Safety and Environmental Policy.
You will report any omissions or risks that might compromise a Safe Working Environment. If appropriate, you will report on the performance of any sub-contracted works. You will also attend to all reasonable emergency call-out requests as speedily as possible and maintain good communications with the Client with the progress of all outstanding works.
As a Lead PPM Engineer, you will make recommendations to the Contract Manager on matters concerning continuous improvement and adding value that may improve the productivity, costs, quality of service delivery etc. of all work for which the Company has a responsibility. You will complete as and when necessary, any breakdowns. You will ensure plant areas are always clean and tidy.
You will respond to client requests promptly. You will maintain all site records and logbooks. You will look for ways to continually enhance the operation of the site. Any other duties as required/requested by the Supervisor/Contract Manager.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm (40 hours a week)

Qualifications and Experience Required: City & Guilds Electrical or Mechanical & 18th Edition. Commercial building maintenance experience in a customer-facing environment.
